Typica is a classic variety — but in Nestor Lasso’s hands, it’s anything but predictable. Grown in El Diviso’s cool microclimate and fermented anaerobically in sealed tanks, this coffee unlocks a rich, jam-like sweetness that pours like fruit syrup and lingers like a dream.
It’s a celebration of balance: lush but clean, playful yet poised. Red candy meets cinnamon warmth, all wrapped in the delicate acidity that high-elevation coffees from Huila are known for.
