Do Not Feed Alligators offers a curated wholesale coffee program for a small number of partners.

We work with cafés, restaurants and cultural spaces that care deeply about taste, design and atmosphere. Our coffees are sourced from some of the most exciting producers and roasters in the world and are selected for clarity, character and memorability in the cup.

We are not a volume supplier. We are looking for a few high end, distinctive places that share our point of view. Places where coffee is part of a broader experience, where every detail matters and where guests come for something they cannot find anywhere else.

We also offer consulting for partners who want to build or elevate their coffee program, from menu development and sourcing to equipment selection, workflow and service standards.
